- Tap Elite & Tap Elite Family – Enjoy all the benefits of our most inclusive tier - FREE Open Play, FREE Skill Events PLUS their own court time for FREE . That means if all players on a court are Tap Elite members, the court time is absolutely FREE .

Do I have to be a member to play at TapNPaddles?
No. Anyone can play at TAP! Our Day Player offering is straightforward for those who want to join us from time-to-time but don’t want to opt into one of our membership offerings. If the whole court is visitors it’s simply $32/hr

Why did you decide to change your membership offerings?
Our #1 goal is to grow pickleball! We are so grateful for the growing TAP community and we want to serve all our players as best as possible. So we collected feedback from hundreds of members on what they liked, what they valued and what would make things better. That is what led to the current structure - two additional membership options and new benefits for our highest membership tier - TAP ELITE!

Do I have to make an annual commitment to enjoy the benefits of being a member?
No. Members can make a (higher) monthly payment and enjoy the benefits of the applicable membership tier they select on a month-to-month basis. Monthly members will automatically renew each month unless they decide to cancel [by calling the front desk 3 days before their membership cycle start date.] This feature allows players who aren’t sure about making an annual commitment to essentially run their own “trial” membership. In addition, players who are away or travel for extended periods of time can enjoy the benefits of membership without making an annual commitment. Generally, if you will be away for 4 or more months during a 12-month period, you will be better off with a monthly membership.

The approach to private court rentals changed. How will this work going forward?
In the past, private court rental rates were set on a per court per hour basis, rather than a per person, per hour basis. This was particularly cumbersome for members who wanted to play with non-members because it required the member to pay the entire court cost and then collect the non-members share of the court cost. The non-member was also charged a “Daily Guest Fee”, further complicating the transaction.
The new approach dramatically simplifies the process for everybody. We have completely eliminated Daily Guest Fees. Each person playing in a private court session will “pay their own way”. This takes the member out of the transaction and allows us to eliminate guest fees altogether. In the end, the cost for a non-member to play in a private court session with a member has been simplified and reduced. For example, under the prior approach, a 2-hour peak court rental for non-members playing with a member would have been $18 ($5 per hour plus $8 guest fee). Under the new approach, a non-member will pay $8 per hour or $16 for a two hour session. -
What happened to your peak and off-peak rate structure?
Since our opening in November, we have continued to add open plays and programming to make playing at TapNPaddles fun and convenient. As a result, it became increasingly difficult to distinguish between our peak and off-peak times. Our rate structure is now more straightforward and clear.

I’m currently a full member. What happens to my membership on October 1?
All existing full members will be automatically transitioned to our highest and most rewarding tier, TAP ELITE. Effective October 1, all existing full members will continue to enjoy all the benefits of their existing membership PLUS the added benefits of (i) FREE private court rental time and (ii) becoming a Club Passport member.
