Cancellation Policy:
No refund for early cancellation for membership cancellations.
Early cancellation for monthly payers is subject to an early cancellation fee equal to the greater of $300 or total of remaining payments; fee collected on cancellation.
Members who wish to rejoin after a one month lapse in their membership will be subject to a one-time $100 rejoining fee.

Can I pause my membership?
No, memberships are set on a 12 month agreement that must be fulfilled after the initial contract is completed.
Can I pay my membership monthly instead of yearly?
Yes, we offer a discount for annual payers but want to help you find the right fit for you.
Am I able to include my family members in my membership?
Yes, we offer add on discounts for additional family members whether these are adults or children.
I’m not 18 yet, do you have a junior membership option?
Yes, please check out our Junior Membership options. We have options for Junior Single and Junior Add-on memberships.
If I add on a family member, do we have to pay another initiation fee for the additional member?
No, once the primary member has paid the initiation fee, all add-on members are covered under their initial membership.
How do I cancel my membership?
In order to cancel a membership, please contact info@tapnpaddles.com to begin the process for cancellation.
When is my membership payment due?
Membership payments are due at the first of each month for monthly payers and at the first day of the renewing (rolling) year for annual payers.
